My flight goes out at 7:00 PM Sunday. If we can in any way get qualifiers done or at least a few rounds done on Saturday, I would GREATLY appreciate it!

Are we running numbers on the car bodies for the race?

I think running 2 qualifiers on Saturday and 1 qualifier on Sunday along with the mains is a great idea.

Anyone bringing any LXT parts?

I'll be bringing a beater junior-2 for pulling parts off of, as well as a bunch of losi spares and goodies if anyone needs repair parts(or has their own goodies to trade). I don't have too many of the LXT specific parts, but in a pinch most any of the original series stuff can be made to work to get you back on the track.
I keep thinking of more stuff I should bring, my little VW is going to be pretty stuffed :)

We'll run qualifiers on Saturday and mains on Sunday, running a qualifier early Sunday will be dependent on turnout and avaliable time.

getting a couple rounds out of the way on saturday will be a good idea, in my opinion. 4 rounds of racing in one day is too much. especially if there's a lot of entries.

unfortunately..... i have a feeling i'm not gonna be making it to the race. my health as of late has not been very good, and seems to get worse everyday. i still have another week........ so i'm hoping i start feeling better by the time i'd be heading up. i really don't want to miss it. :(

but.... if i stay home, at least you guys in the 2wd class won't only be racing for 2nd place. :P :P

i might feel like crap.... but i'll keep talkin' trash.

well.... even if i do feel better, i still might not make it. i had a CT scan of my chest 2 days ago, and they found some inflammed lymphnodes. so, i need to have biopsies of my lungs.... and that's just one of my issues. i'm not sure when they're gonna do it, but definately more important than an rc race. so..........................

I'll have a bunch of losi stuff and limited rc0 parts.
Any hints as to who may be the special guests?
I'm debating adding manuals to the pile for the possibility of autographs.

I wonder if anyone local to me has one of those black boxes in stock from THULE that I can put on my roof rack for the trip

I'll talk to Mark and Jon this weekend and get you guys a better answer on that Mike. I was originally putting that in on Sat during practice so that people wouldn't have to be away from their pit and all during it. We'll figure something out though. If its nice out on Sat I hoped to have some tables outside for people to set up on (literally a couple so don't get nuts guys lol)
