Bought a 6-pack of a Jamaican lager, called RED STRIPE.

To be honest, I bought it because of the old skool stubby bottles, but I actually really like the taste. I'll probably buy it again in the future.
(note to administrators... we totally need a 'thumbs up' smiley!)

'thumbs up' ??!! You insensitive bastard! In my younger/single days I lived in an apartment next to liquor store that sold Mickey's Big Mouths 6 packs for $5 including tax. Technically it's a malt liquor, but I use to love it and the bottles were short, stubby and green. A classic combination! :D This was back when I was way into a certain other green thing. Of course, then life came along and I had to become "a responsible adult". :( At least I still have toy cars to play with!

Just cracked my first Busch Light in anticipation of the Colts game tonight. Hopefully it's not another abomination to the sport of football...

Oh, and I made Strombolis yesterday to go with it. 8)

Oh man, those look like the most delicious things eva! Glob on some Sriracha, a I'd be all set!

I've got a lot of work to do tonight, getting ready for a big race this Saturday. I have to finish getting my M-chassis' (an M04 and M05), and CVTA car ready by the end of the night. I'm racing offroad tomorrow and Friday, so this is my last night to get it done. So, I bought a few (possibly too many) Laker Ice tall boy beers to get me through the evening. I say too many because I've had less than one so far, and have quite a buzz already.
This may prove to be counterproductive!

Here I am showcasing my brew.

I probably could have chosen a better back drop than my messy basement.
Also, FYI, I had to airbrush a booger out of my nose before I uploaded the pic

Agreed! That poor girl fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down. She's rich though! :? I never really had any respect for Justin Timberlake until I saw him host SNL. That dude is a clown! He could be a regular. His stuff with The Lonely Island is classic too.

Tonight, Stone Arrogant Bastard Ale. Very tasty.

I actually have a lot of respect for Gaga. My wife is into her music and I took a listen and it's pretty good (if you listen to dance/pop stuff).

She does good charity work from what I hear. :D Of course any boyfriend of her's must have a very charitable spirit also... :P

I think it's time I organized my RC workspace here at home, so I figure I might as well put back a few brews at the same time.
I've only had one bottle so far, but it's pretty good. It seems to have a bit of a bitter taste to it. (at least that's what my inexperienced beer palate thinks)

Not my kind of beer. It is way too flavourful for me. Quite a hefty aftertaste. Almost tastes like some sort of citrus zest.
10 points for the awesome can, though!

Agreed. Truly retro styling. 8)

McGuire's Irish Red from the pub in Pensacola, FL. A gift from some of our friend's who went down there recently. Why is every souvenir I get either beer or hot sauce? I guess everyone thinks of me as "that alky husband of her's who likes spicy food." Anyway, a cell pic she took of me to send her friend. I guess to prove I was drinking it. Pretty tasty actually. Then again, I never met a beer I didn't like. :D
