It doesn't appear to be that stable but the cool factor makes up for it.

Even as unstable as it looks I love it I am a huge Back To The Future fan. I want one. I guess it is time to start my first flying rc project lol. It will probably crash since I have only ever flown cheap airhog junk.

Funny, my neighbour who has two real Deloreans (one which is a full on replica of the movie car - see www.timemachineforhire.com) was just talking to me about this video and how he was thinking of making some kind of lexan body shell to fit over top of the AR Drone that he has.

We were looking at it today and were talking about maybe just pulling the styrofoam shell totally off and then getting a bigger Lipo battery (stock is only 1000 mah), some kind of bigger brushless motors maybe and kind of going from there.

He may need more than 3s to produce 1.21 gigawatts, but cool idea nonetheless. 8)

i don't know about 1/10 scale but they do make a perfect 1/43 scale roller that o gauge train guys use on their layouts. i have seen a few of them on different o scale train forums and they are awesome. they even make one for g scale too. here is a link to one
