The stock steering "savers" show up on eBay quite a bit.
Here is a std set on eBay in case you missed these:

$0.99 now, but has a few days left.
I'd recommend considering a steering upgrade. Moving to a good ball bearing steering makes a huge difference (or did for me).
I really like the Houge BB set but couldn't find any when putting together my last car. There is a set on eBay now, but I expect them to go for more than I am willing to pay:

I had a set long ago (only have one side now ???), and really like these.
A&L makes and excellent set also. That's what I wound up with this time. And they still make them:

I applaud them for continuing to support us.

And I like these, just may have to dye them black.
Oh and here are some RPM ones. I've never seen these before and have no idea the quality, but I've had good results with RPM stuff:

Sorry, I might have to make a bid on these.
I'm really not an expert on this, as many here are. Just saying I really like these (both the Houge and the A&L) and you might want to consider one of them. If you search this site, there are at least one other really nice set made in alloy, that I can't find right now. I bet some of the more knowledgeable here can point you to them if you want.
With any of the newer BB slopless setups, there is no servo saver built in, so you probably want to also run a quality servo saver like:
