Does anyone have a B44 and a ruler?
If anyone out there has a B44 laying around, I could really use a quick measurement
I am looking for the distance from one side outer hinge pin to the other side outer hinge pin.
If that is too hard, we could go to the center of the chassis and double it

Jeff, I'm out of town but would be happy to take any measurements off my b44 after I get back. I'll be home Sunday evening, so I can probably get around to measuring early next week, if you still need it then.
Are you talking about front or rear?

Shhhh!!!!
Hahaha yeah, I think in in the minority on keeping things "era correct" so now it's "easy and brand similar"
I decided to just buy the components since it was free shipping anyway, but id like to know how much my plate will have to change

On my b44.2 it is 7 5/8" center to center if this is the measurement you need. I cut an inch on the ruler. Don't know if the b44 and b44.2 are different but I don't think so.
If things seem under control, you are just not going fast enough.

Perfect, that will do! I'm on B44 for now, not sure what the .2 and .3 added. I should probably look into that!transamman908 wrote:On my b44.2 it is 7 5/8" center to center if this is the measurement you need. I cut an inch on the ruler. Suspension is the same on all of them for the most part, at least the arms and overall layout. The hubs changed a bit between some iterations.

Very keen to see how this one plays out, looks like the B44.1 will be in pieces soon trying to mimick this build, I am still trying to figure out the RC10 4WD, looking forward to it
