I'm not sure if I'm going to do this or not and so I want to gauge interest on how many people would want to build an RC10T Ten4 T. I know hugger is working on modifying Ten4 components to work, but I'm talking about a purpose-made Ten4 T set.
Thanks to Jeff and ebay, I now have about a complete set of 10T parts and can start designing and printing prototype components. Just eyeballing it today, it looks like it will need a new front bulkhead design (probably), caster blocks, maybe steering blocks, front trans case, and probably a new front tensioner. Basically I will need to redesign the whole Ten4 front end plus a new front bulkhead. It's a pretty big project is what I'm saying.
Please respond with your interest in building a Ten4 T. I won't see it as a commitment on your part if I do it, but please don't say "yes" unless you're reasonably sure you would build one. If there's enough interest I'll work on it. Thanks!

I've talked to chad smith at dyno-tech about making some delrin rear A-arm mounts. He's interested in doing them and wants me to send him some parts for design. I'm curious what specs you guys would like to see? I'm thinking 3 degrees of caster and...

to get the ball rolling, i would be interest in some suspension mounts. i wonder if he could do arms of the rc10? nothing fancy. one whole block of derlin with the correct hinge pin ID holes in them. i would love to work on some with my dremel.
After 9 months of R&D, countless hours of design, printing, testing, and too many prototype parts to count, the Ten4 4WD conversion kit components are finally available! For the full story on the development of the Ten4 see the thread here...

I'll look into it.
Sorry everyone it's a bit of a PITA right now with all the parts listed individually. I'll see what i can do...
Here are the parts and options needed to build a Ten4 4WD RC10. Obviously a donor car is needed beyond what is listed here. For the Long wheelbase version, an un-cut noseplate is needed. Also note, you must use a 6565 rear transmission case (with...

The parts Brian sells are still listed on shape ways for purchase. For the short arm, I have a version of the front carriers on shape ways since officially we didn't support them. They are documented here....
Any interest in an actual body made for the RC10DS Andy’s RC use to make? the “Acer Camaro” I’m meeting with him in a week or so going to ask if he will produce these again.
Jake.

in the works as we speak he’s finalizing the rear spoiler and updating the hood.
Let me first say that I love the RC-10. That buggy was heads of above the rest when it first came out. One thing I noticed is that eventhough it's a superior car, it has no where near the collector interest than even the lame tamiya's. Really nice...

An original rc10 is like porn; you know it when you see it.
Ahh, that explains why Thumbs is on here so often.

Thats good to know. One of mine are bent. I have not had the nads to bend it back in fear I will do more harm than good. Part of the reason my kit isn't built. They must of been reading the threads.
This may be a topic already covered (though I couldn't find it), but I'm curious how many of you will be buying the RC10 re-release coming this summer? I know, it's not exactly the same, but it will be cool to see such a classic car released again....

geez sorry guys. Story of my life. I'd delete this thread if I knew how.
no need to get bent about it. my comment was more to stop guys from continuing to post in both threads after the main one had already been pointed out.
