Definitely kyosho though the car escapes me...I had a similar pair bolted onto a yz10 rig together with Schuey cougar shocks too!

Confirmation that it's a Lazer Lite Pro Stock. Nov. '89 issue of RCCA has an ad for it on pg. 191.....and pg 192 has the ad for the RC Innovations Neutralizer.

Now go find the two-speed chain drive for that chassis. ;)

Yep, what Phin said is correct...it's a JCAR DDS (Direct Drive System) designed for the RC10. They also made one for the Ultima and JR-X2 that looks slightly different.

I've got the JRX2 direct drive. I even have the original instruction sheet.
