Re: the new ae release
i hope its electric and different, whatever it is..making a big deal about the release of any "new rc" thats just the same as the old rc with some new parts is getting annoying ..

I was right .... even when I was wrong!sneako43 wrote:Charlie don't surf wrote:B44 is shaft center diff-sneako43 wrote:I was hoping for the B5 so I could pick up a B4 cheap! Never a better time find a great deal than when everyone wants the latest and greatest.
So, will the 4x4 be a reworked B44 or a design based on the current SC10? I'm guessing the B44 (more cost effective) which means belt drive - AE seems to prefer belt driven over shaft driven now.
Another SLASH killer either way.My mistake...I must have been thinking of the new on-road stuff and 1/18th off-road RTRs and kits. Great, now there's another 'Wish List" item for me.
Charlie, you're too quick....didn't even give enough time to edit my post!

It's not based on the B44. It's not even a reworked SC10 2WD. Looks pretty cool to me.

Re: the new ae release
Short course is just the newest fad so manufactures drop everything and jump on the bandwagon to cash in. The fad before this if you remember were rock crawlers. I wonder what the next fad is going to be in the R/C world? I'm guessing either pan cars or touring cars will be coming back around.
