Old school McAllister for the oval truck
Painted this up yesterday for the oval build. Not sure what all decals will be used yet. Cockpit offset is a very cool, but challenging design.

Here’s what I mean by the challenging offset. As you can see, I simply avoided the problem by making it all silver. But hey, when unskilled simply swing the advantage to your side…

Thanks all. I used Tamiya spray cans for the first time in a loooong time and I think I prefer them over Pactra. A bit smoother with less risk of splatter. The tape that Eau Rouge and scr8p turned me on to is awesome. Much cheaper than Parma and I'm sure the masking tape colored is the same tape. Found a lifetime supply of the blue(36 yds)at a local paint shop for $7. Great stuff. That Tamiya Purple blacked out the sun for a few seconds and there was absolutely no bleeding.
