Houge steering question?

I picked a set up on E-bay and when they came they looked like they've been under water for a long time :twisted: ... the bearings are rusted solid!!! I need to know what size the bearings are so I can hit the hobby shop for a new set?

OK , I've got the bearings, and have installed the black thingies in them, now how do I mount them to the chassis?????

You sandwich the steering between the chassis with a screw- :lol:

Ha! Ha! Charlie... I need the right screws, they didn't come with the set.

They should use the same 8-32 screws that mount the stock RC10 servo saver.

did you get the shoulder nuts with the bellcranks? (in the picture above, its the black nut on top). It's a shoulder nut that is threaded for #8-32 screws and OD of 1/4" for the bearings/bushings.

check out the manual for the worlds car, which uses a very similar setup:

Thanks for the info guys, I got the nuts with the bellcranks, just thought that I needed screws like the DS has???
