not for a 5 link, it wasnt a popular upgrade until after they went H arm. I assume your using a 5 gear trans, right? I dont recall an output cup that was ever made for a LRM trans. It was when the retrofit trans came out that dogbones came along for losi

Wow....that was back when I was VERY active and I sure don't remember those! Nice!
So....do those have out drives? Or is that just the bone and the out drive is needed to use them?

Gary is right the dog bones were made for the H arms, it says not to use them on thre 5 link. it has to much articulation for the Bones. the question is are their any CVD's I have never seen any for a X2 as they were not around when the jrx2 was built. the XXcr Cvd's will fit with a retro fit trans, but you still have the problem of to much movement on the suspenion? I would say they would wear out quite fast. I personly hate CVD's they have failed on me more times than I can count, were dog bones, or sliders have never.GJW wrote:on the mip instruction sheet it state's dogbones are to be used with h-arms.

i gotta side with rick here, why would someone want cvd's over sliders?
losi sliders have never failed on me, ever. cvd's on the otherhand....3 this year not counting 1/8.
