I had dinner at a Belgian restaurant in Halifax last night and enjoyed a beer that I discovered while in Europe, it's called Gulden Draak. It's a strong beer at 10.5% but it's very drinkable at the same time, not something you have to struggle through. And you really only need to drink a few of them before you start to feel the effects :D

Not really a first beer for the night, but I thought I'd share my beer bottle cap collection. Also, is a cigarette collection for all you non-smokers. (Nasty habit, I know) Both contain brands from around the world.

Deep fried pickles are awesome! I made a huge batch of chilli in honor of your B Day, forgot to snap some pics. Downed it all with some simple budweiser. Canadian bud though.

I wish it were hot enough today to truly appreciate this, but it's one that will definitely be kept in the fridge all Summer. Very refreshing after a day of yardwork. :D

Well Spring has sprung and the only bad part is that my allergies have my voice a little raspy. Luckily Dr. Adams has the perfect prescription. And he makes house calls...
