I think it is because the slash kinda started the 'short bus' thing and took over...and pretty much knocked stadium truck revitalizing efforts back to nil. I've had 2wd slash and still have my daughters 4wd PE slash but she prefers the 2wd rc10sc. My prolite and sc10-4x4 have never made it to completion

I stopped counting a long time ago for mental stability...I would hate to know how much I'd lose if I had a fire since I don't have nearly enuf insurance for that kinda thing :|

Same here!! I am at 39 runners, if not a few more. I have two planes, 9 helis, one quadcopter. 5 NIB buggys, a few more Stadium trucks. (love em).

Four boats and a few 4X4 style trucks, (SCX10 style) Then there are the projects.... Sheeesh, more than enough and I keep buying, Oh, and a 5th scale gasser, tons of fun!

Too many, but I will never admit it.

Well, true to form for a person with a "problem",
I underestimated the number of R/C models I have.

Instead of 50, I have more than 75...

Among those are:
- twenty-one aluminum pan RC10 /10T (plus 2 graphite, 2 Tekin, 1 RPM, and 1 Composite Craft)
- thirteen flat chassis JRX-2 / T (eleven of them still have the five-link rear suspension)
- nine RC10B3 / T3 (these are most of my basher/beaters)

various Tamiya models:
Grasshopper, Hot-Shot, BigWig, 4 Falcons,
3 DF-03's (Keen Hawk & 2 Dark Impact), 6 TA-02's, and 2 TL-01's

2 Mugen Bulldogs
2 MRP GP-10's
2 BoLink (one Digger & one unknown chassis?)
2 Traxxas Slash (one 2wd & one 4wd)
1 ECX Boost
1 AE RC10TC3
1 Losi Micro-Crawler

((I also have a RadioElecon Dust Runner, and two cheap 'copters.))

EDIT:
They just keep coming out of the woodwork...
I added my RC10TC3 touring car... I sold another one that had the Rally conversion kit installed.

EDIT #2:
I forgot to add my BigWig with the other Tamiya's, and 2 BoLink cars (Digger & unknown).

eekkkk  I think I have close to 200. Somehow, the numbers just sneak up on you. Working on one car (restoration), I find myself with 2-3 in the end. Of course, I have weakness for optimas and jrx2s...so I pick those up when the price is right.

Due to sheer force of will and an ultra limited budget.......30 somethin, 2 kids in daycare etc etc, around 12 at last count.

Not having a proper work space at present also helps tremendously keep the numbers low.

I counted the other day, and despite selling about 8-10 cars, I still have 87....
I need to thin them out a bit and free up some shelf space!

You guys have issues! Hundred of cars... what the actual F! My LHS back in the day had less stock

I must admit I have broken my rules recently and my hoarding has really got out of hand. I am embarrassed to let you know I now own a second car. Yes I need to have a word with myself and clear out a little. Don't even get me started on the spares, which may build another pair of cars. Off to google therapy...

I guess you could say you have 1 car, and spare parts for 99 others.

Wow, some of you guys may need to start a support group. Are we compensating for something?  Kidding...

For myself I have the following:

T4
B44
Sand Scorcher - 1 running, 1 roller
RC10 runner (mine)
RC10 runner (son's)
HPI Pro2
HPI Pro3
TC3 roller
RC10 classic (roller)
RC10 worlds (NIB)
RC10 B5 (intransit)
+1 Helicopter

Definitely have enough parts to make 3 more cars (RC10's). That was the idea too.

Geez, when I look at it as a list even that seems like too many for me. Ah well, it keeps me out of trouble!

Haven't got a clue, just tried counting them in my head and stopped at 150, plus I keep on remembering others I've missed so more likely 170+. I must say though some I have had since I started in the 80s, about 20 of them have been donated to me for free and I've never paid more than £40 for any of my vintage cars.

It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas
