Yokomo 870C Prototype Look Like WC 87
Hi,
A new one, this time it's a look like, because too many parts are prototype and never produce.
The front and rear bulkhead in alloy in multiple parts, the graphite chassis more large under bulk
(arms mount separete from the bulk and are fix directly on the chassis),
graphite bulk cover, all pulleys in alloy, alloy motor mount, black alloy arms...
I made the motor mount in alloy, and the graphite shock tower, and the bulk cover too.
I found the Yokomo rear gold shock, these are DELTA, I search the front gold body shock from Yokomo.
I must reproduce the body,....and find a rear alloy bulkhead.

From that pic I'd have said the shock collars are white nylon from associated.
The front shocks look like medium length option house gold shocks. But did the medium length shock get out at that ime already?

Re: Yokomo 870C Prototype Look Like WC 87
Probably the most esteemed build what I have ever seen, even when it is not a pure replica but anyway:
- it is not made from some race winning car
- it is not only from expensive and rare parts put together. There are a lot self made machined parts.
I would be nice to know who's car the original is?

"Normally" it's the Gil Losi Jr car on the first pic, but 2 cars have the same body color and paint scheme...?

hey guys I have a question in my mind that when we buy a RC car the body of the car is not include in this box? We have to buy that separately? Because I have to buy a RC car for my cousin but I don't have any experience about the RC cars so that's why I am asking this. Please reply me guys.

Some bodies come with the car kit some do not, you should ask or review the product description carefully. Good luck!
Yokomo 870C, YZ-10, RPM YZ-10, Hot Dog, YR-4 M2, '91 Custom Carbon YZ-10, MR4-BX and some RC10's

Re: Yokomo 870C Prototype Look Like WC 87
Yes it's look like the first from the WC 87', but the original car have too many prototype parts
hard to made:
-Wider graphite chassis under the 2 bulkheads
-Alloys bulkheads in 3 parts (center and 2 arms mounts)
-Alloy Motor mount
-Rear graphite shock tower different form
-4 alloys arms
