Got some wheels....they were blue and Kyosho

....milled them for the 1/4" axles and de-anno'd and polished...ALL DAY LONG. My fingers are tired

Last night i finished tearing apart the graphite roller i had and then started on the Edinger i am going to make into a runner.
I wanted to check the 6 gear tranny out to make sure it is good.

Yes sir, mighty fine stuff! There's quite a few 4-40 x 1/2 flat heads and 8-32 x 1/2 flat heads. I must have used up the socket head ones.

This is a project to use up some parts out of the bin. I took lots of random colored and dyed em black. Hot trick style chassis, ReRe worlds steering set, turnbuckles, andys arms and a cut noseplate. Just need front springs and cvd's to finish her...

Ok, well my father's favorite color was purple and when I got a hold of these chassis I really thought it was a rare find and wanted to build something special to honor him. The body is from a new Traxxas Bandit, and the car is basically all done...

Ok guys I finally got time to take pictures of the T2 I was building. I added new stainless screws, titanium turnbuckles, and some purple rpm stuff to brighten it up, crp bumper, hpi wheels, and proline tires. Haven't painted the body yet still...

AHHHHHH ITS A PURPLE PEOPLE EATER!!!!!

Nice look!

I found a combo using particular pearl paint along with a couple of other colors and in the right light, gives a Chemelion (sp) look. Might be TOO much purple, but its a thought.
