Nice, that one would be a 'A' chassis with no stealth holes, correct?

Hi,

Wow, a 6000, how did I miss that one.

Yes that's right,

A stamp, no holes for the stealth, Protech 11 body, so an early CE.

It was a used car from the original owner.

Because of the scratches, I had the chassis powder coated fluro orange.

Powder coating covers a lot!

I should start a build thread for my CE, I think I have almost enough parts, to put it back together.

I disassembled it again about 6 months or more ago.

:)

Not that it really helps, but I saw this picture (for dating purposes) with a 14/09/1991 dated receipt, and it is a, white plastics, 6gear, 'A' stamp no stealth holes chassis, car.

Here is mine, all MINT and never run. Most probably an early model as you can tell with the black alloy shock caps.

I don't have a picture of the side at hand but can look it up later once home if necessary? I'm pretty sure it's a bushing version.

That looks to be the later model CE with the bushing Stealth transmission, but before the black plastics.. AB stamped pan?
Is it just the white plastics that are telltale's of the early version of the StealthCE?

Regarding the last of the white arm CE's, I read the bit about different style white 'worlds' arms. I don't believe I've ever noticed the difference , is there a detailed picture showing a comparison?

I don't have a pic, but the "worlds" arms have an X under the dog one cutout area where the regular were flat
