I have never seen one here in Canada. They were probably a release for the Euro/Eastern market.
Rod will be able to tell ya. Awesome for sure, any more pics or video?

Re: Anybody ever seen one of these? (Kyosho RC track set)
I'll try to set it up and take some pictures. Looks like it was designed for use with the Mini Turbo Ultima buggy, so about 1/20 I believe. The piece of paper has 1:12 on it though.

I wondered whom that went to...I was somewhat thinking of grabbing it.
I did a post on it a while back also...
Just looked for it to give you the link, but it must have been pruned already...
Oh, well

Yeah, i dont even have anything smaller than 1:10 scale, but i figured for $30 it was cool so what the heck.
Here is a link to an album with a few more photos i took.

It looks complete and never used. Has kyosho decals for each track segment, some flags and even a couple cool banners. Has one ramp just like the photos on the papers. The walls are helt at each end by a vertical pin that is held to the round plates with a screw.

Pretty simple construction & assembly. That's pretty neat.

This was definitely advertised along side the 1/20 scale kyosho buggies. Remember seeing it in the yearly Tower Hobbies catalog way back when. I think it was set up on what looked like a large table.

Man, i dont have enough space. I'm gonna have to wait till spring to set it up in my driveway. This definitely looks bigger than an xmod track. I'm thinking it would be more appropriate for 1:12 oval or maybe losi mini t or similar.

Losi mini T is closer to 1/14 scale. I have one.

I have a few mini T's as well, and I am sure someone would love my stash of X Mods. Like 10 or more....
I have not messed with em in years.

Re: Anybody ever seen one of these? (Kyosho RC track set)
Kyosho had "Garden" size 1/16 buggy and truck that might have used that track before the Baja Bugs series (1/20)
It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas

You could try the HPI Mirco RS4s. They are 1/18th scale.nicholasdivitto wrote:Man, i dont have enough space. I'm gonna have to wait till spring to set it up in my driveway. What a cool find, I don't blame you for snatching it up at that price.
