Losi LXT build with hopups
Finally going to start my LXT build. Mostly new parts including aftermarket parts. Just waiting for a couple items to get here and I can start. I had a nice used chassis to use then found this new one but it wasn't cheap.

Damn, that is a great looking hoard of parts. Should be a very nice build. That RPM top brace is such a nice upgrade on these. Keep the pictures coming.
I still want to someday build a LXT and Junior T. I have never had either. I will be following your build to see what I can learn. Thanks!

Re: Losi LXT build with hopups
Ok finally got started with the front end assembly. I have a set of NIP tecnacraft turnbuckles on the way and that is my last major piece required besides a body. More to come shortly.

Re: Losi LXT build with hopups
I was about to order one when a new stock battery box popped up on ebay. Wish I could find a picture of what they look like installed.

Do you have any plans in mind for the body, yet?

Re: Losi LXT build with hopups
Looking good. Did RPM make rear arms for the LXT?

Re: Losi LXT build with hopups
It doesn't easily fit with the RPM front upper brace as the rpm part is bulkier around the attachment points making it harder to flex the battery holder, but it does fit.

Re: Losi LXT build with hopups
Got more done today! Went to assemble the tecnacraft turnbuckles and they are way to long so I'm guessing they were miss packaged so will have to go another route now.
