I'm shocked , he can't of been that old , roughly my age , loss of a legend .
If a jobs not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well.
A problem shared is a problem halved but an advantage shared is no advantage at all.
Endless contributions to our hobby. All around good guy. Had a chance to speak with him at a Midwest champs race quite a few years ago. Just a wealth of knowledge. He had a light up antenna mast that was dope. Always doing something. Turned some tires inside out and created the basis for most indoor clay tires used today. Best paint scheme in rc. Will be missed
Wow, that is just really terrible news. He was a member here, and seemed like a really good person. His contributions to the hobby were massive. RIP to one of the all time greats.
Got to race Brian yesterday all I can say is class act. Still fast too!

Yeah, he's no longer a losi guy. He races for X-Factory now. As for Competition Hobbies, that is where he races. I've never raced there, but I've picked up a few parts and stuff. They have a really nice indoor track (which is great here in Tucson)...

Does anyone have pictures of Brian Kinwald's RC10T paint scheme? I'd like this to be my next project, but I haven't found any good pics on google (found one, but not detailed enough for me to recreate).
Please share vintage pics. Any help...

Thanx!!! Now you know why I've been buying so many of your #1 decals LOL. I'm waiting for some sunny days to finish the hydro P on the white parts, then I'll start the build. I already gathered all the parts I need for the build!
I am gathering this motor i have is pretty rare. I have hunted down quite a bit of information, which points to this having been almost released then prevented from being so due to Brian Kinwald defecting over to Losi/Trinity some 4 months after the...

That's why I said, see if someone here has that copy and could scan it properly. Or, look on ebay for the issue and buy it.
Like the title says Brian Kinwald and some of the X factory team will be racing November 7th at Classic raceway in Akron and also ARCS hobbies in Ashtabula on November 8th. If you can make to either track it would be worth it !
