Rc10t with a Rc10 Body
Has anyone had a Rc10 with a buggy body? I remember seeing a pic of one in the forums but I cant find it again. If so what pieces are needed?

Re: Rc10t with a Rc10 Body
For the rear mount you can use the buggy body post and wing tubes . For the front I would change the steering over to the worlds set up and use a 7/8 x 8-32 screw on one side for the front buggy body post . Also mount the steering in the front holes on the nose plate using button head screws . The worlds bell cranks are shorter than the 10t cranks so that is the reason for using the front two holes on the nose plate . You can also use velcro on the side of the pan and mount the body that way and keep everything like it is .

Re: Rc10t with a Rc10 Body
The one I remember seeing was a Rc10t with a Rc10 front shock tower and single body mount in the front middle like a regular rc10. Is that hard to do? And no it wasn't a truck conversion.

I can rule out the A&L wheels, ours are more of a dish

Would Tamiya Lunchbox/Pumpkin wheels fit the RC10T or any other Tamiya truck wheels? King cab, Wheely series, Blackfoot/Monster Beetle, ect...?

Re: Rc10t with a Rc10 Body
yes- minus King Cab which used a hex wheel instead of the wide 5 style hub. IIRC the offset was a bit weird on those as well. For the traditional Tamiya wide 5 wheels like Blackfoot series, lunchbox series, etc you just need the rear wheel adapters, extended rear wheel nuts, front extended axles, and 5x11 front wheel bearings.
For wheel adapters, there are some CRP 1560 on ebay. They do not come with the extended wheel nuts. Looks like you are in Portland, we have the extended nuts here in Troudale if you want to grab a couple. For a front axle it will vary with the type of front spindle you have. If your front axles are held with a E-clip it needs the crp 1559 or equivalent front axles, if the kingpin holds the axle you are probably best off sourcing the earlier style front steering arms. This stuff is all drying up pretty fast.
