RC10th wrote: Thu Jul 27, 2023 8:24 am I would say no, the SC10 used the 2.60 diff which was T2/GT/B4/T4 where the B2/B3/T3 was 2.40
Wouldn’t the only difference be the diff gear not every thing else,
On the xx losi platform and the traxxas trx-1, blue eagle that was the case.

Edit the sc10 has metric bearings and the b2 b3 has imperial so probably not unless you can find a bearing to go from metric internal to imperial external diameter😂

This just arrived. I had bought a used one from a Japan eBay seller and they lost it in their warehouse. Then recently I stumbled across it NIB on Amazon. It was shipped from Japan in about a week. RogueIV could probably pick one up on his trip, although Amazon still has a few more available. Anyway, I just thought it was cool. Naturally I don't have a 27mhz AM radio 🤣

Luckily, all 27mhz AM (hobby grade) stuff is compatible. Everybody's stuff works together.

You can even use Xmods crystals to double the number of available channels. But don't try the Xmods transmitters, the programming is different.

Now that most people are using 2.4ghz, I find myself using 27mhz a lot more. With 12 available channels and no compatibility issues, it simplifies things.

Anyone know if these aluminum outdrives will fit a B2/B3 Stealth?
The outdrives won't fit the diff rings. The b2/b3 outdrive bearings are 3/8 x 5/8 which is about 9.5mm x15.8

You could ream out the case from 15.8 to 16.0 and place a 16.0x10.0 mm to install the outdrives
or you could
remove about .45 of thickness from the outdrive so it fits in the stock bearing.

The outside of the diff fits inside the gear, but inside of the hub is keyed for the 2.6 diff ring.

I have a pair of those as well and thought about using them on my recent t3 build.

Flanged front wheel bearings for the JCRacing 2.2" wheels, and an inexpensive Brushless esc and motor (GoolRC). I will pick up a 2S lipo this week from a LHS to prevent cogging.

This old gal is muy fast now

Now just waiting on decals and tire foam inserts
