The hole sizes I had were the measurements from my original Trackmaster side plates. The bearings were really tight in them too but I kept their sizes to try out. They really did need to be opened up a little though.

Yeah I'm always a fan of making the holes smaller and sneaking up on it on my own stuff. Customers just don't like it much haha

After the feedback I adjusted the holes to the sizes I typically use. I don't like to modify customer files when supplied but once I sell to others I definitely try to add my $.02 haha
I forgot it was for rc10, lol...it worked out well considering!

Did Trackmaster make a direct drive transmission too?

Hardened steel Factory Works outdrives drilled to size with a carbide drill bit and installed. It's nice to have this transmission complete.

What kinda speed and pressure did you run that drill bit at?

What kinda speed and pressure did you run that drill bit at?
Probably too high of RPM and I eased it through in small increments on my drill press.
