I wish I had dual citizenship if only for the reason I could have turkey for both Canadian & American Thanksgiving days. :)

I think Canadian Thanksgiving was a couple weeks ago, but funny you posted that. I'm thankful that I get this year off! Just have to sit here at mom's and wait for the dinner bell! :D Remember JK, slow and low. Looks great! Happy Turkey Day all, even the Canadians, just a little late. :D

low & slow, 1 hour per pound...so 8 am puts 'er done 4-5 pm ish? the one roasting in the oven should be done a little after noon, so after everyone else is full from that one, i get to attack the smoked one :)..go ahead, have some pie, I will save room for bbq.

truly guys, this is a fantastic site, wealth of great knowledge and details about the history of the cars we all love. i remember joining the site just to post about the xx4 heavy metal body, have stayed ever since. i have more vintage cars in my fleet than new cars, LOL.

Good plan! And don't forget everyone, hit the stores tomorrow and grab a couple of extra turkeys on the cheap! They're great in February or March too.

Here's your random meandering thought for the day...

If you're a smoker, one method of breaking the habit is to quit cold-turkey.

If you're addicted to turkey however, do you quit cold-cigarette? :P

My 9 yr old niece was givin' me the stink eye the whole time we were eating. I think she's gunnin' for me! Alfonso Robero don't fail me now! 8)
