Re: LiPo Charhing/Discharge Rate

It is not a problem. Lipo batteries do not drain like nimh cells do when sitting. Lipo is so much better than nimh when it comes to maintenance too.

Re: Where can I find purple silicone wire?

Dude, you are the man! I appreciate the your effort. $1.66 a foot is much more reasonable than $4 a foot.

Re: B4.1 Transmitter problem

You are probably going to have to take it apart and reattach the wire. It isn't supposed to be 2 pieces.

Where can I find purple silicone wire?

I have been looking for purple 14ga silicone wire but have only found one guy on ebay and he sells it for $4 a foot. Anybody know a source that has it in rolls at a reasonable price?

Re: I have too much.......

If you walk in my backyard you can find a few R/C parts on the ground. I was going to pick them up but it is like a tiny junkyard. I have an R/C junkyard.

Re: Private/backyard tracks

I have been working on opening an indoor track for a while now. Even though it won't be private it would be my own playground.

Re: monster jam trucks..

Whether you like Traxxas vehicles or not, you have to appreciate the fact that they are bringing new blood into offroad racing everyday. I love the resurgence of 1/10 electric racing due to the SC's. I see people come in to the hobby shop because they saw a Traxxas advertisement. They have the bashi...

Re: What the hex? Nice tools!

There is no substitute for good tools and a great radio. I have a couple of the Losi tools, a full set of the dynamite's, and even some Integy's :( . I have been using the Losi and Dynamite ones going on seven years now. I busted one .05" on a screw in all of that time. The best way to protect ...

Re: Getting the factory wires off your ESC

Castle Creations oem solder is the same way. My weller is no match for their solder and it hits 900* easily. I have tried drilling, sniping it short, and pulling a few strands at a time all with moderate success. Red wire has no business under my lexan.

Re: I have too much.......

However it was nice to stumble upon a NIB Tamiya TT01 Lancia Delta with finished body and a brand new Bruiser front and rear cabs both of which I had forgotten about  It is nice to have a Christmas moment when going through my stuff but it sucks when that one thing I really need is lost in a c...
