I just don't know in what order they fall in. in the fist pic it shows a nylon spacer going in the shock shaft but the next pic it dont show it no more but shows all the other peaces in what order they go in but don't talk about that first spacer.

There are two "lipped" washers, they are the first and last parts of the "cartridge" for the shock, they go like this..

1) take an old AE shock tool (the plastic thing to seat and remove the seal set)
2) put the lipped washer on first, slide it all the way on the tool
3) then the o ring
4) next the thick washer
5) then another o ring
6) then another lipped washer, but both times the larger diameter of the lip needs to be closest to the o ring
7) then install by placing the completed set into the base of the shock body (bottom)
8) remove the tool and keep the set in the base
9) install the large black seal o ring
10) install the end cap

While on the subject... Do the big bores use the same size O-rings as the V2 shocks?
