Absolutely amazing how well this has turned out...beautiful! The attention to detail is fantastic. On a side note, I tried to view the pdf link for the Detroit Stealth Car, the link to AE's site, and either my computer is acting up or possibly this build has stepped on some toes...the pictures are now all color scaled out.

The '89 car will be much easier than this one. I may start working on it since Jake and Niki have already devoted so much time and effort to the '91. I need to measure things but the arm lengths might be the same as the 91 car. I'm not sure. That leaves at the front only front arms, bulkhead, and shock tower to figure out. In the rear it's just arms and mounts and the mounts were very similar to the 91 car. A lot of hints can be taken from the 91 car.

For now just the pieces. I'll have to think about it a bit. I like the simplicity of the paint scheme in the one Cliff is holding. Plus it would be fun to make a second "no" circle over the "no copies" sticker lol

Once more: Kickup angle.
I don't think kickup angle can be picked up straight from a photograph. If you think where camera was when that photo was taken... you will have a perspective or viewpoint error in it. Think of it like this: Hammer a nail to your workbench to 45deg angle (zero will be up). When you look at it from side view... yes, 45 it is. Now move yourself to end of your workbench... nail seems to be in zero deg angle. When you move your viewpoint you can have every angle between 45 and 0. Ok, when front tower can be measured to 20deg in that famous sideview photo of original 91 Stealth and camera viewpoint clearly is on the backside of front tower - we can assume true angle is bigger than 20. We tested 30 and it wasn't right. We went for 25 degree then. Does this make sense? On top of this when 25deg kickup and bulkhead was modeled, I placed CAD assembly and side view photo on top of each other with perspective view active and virtual camera placed in centerline of the car. It was a match. That's why we have 25. I can't say it's absolutely right... just our choice. I might have a screenshot of it still somewhere.

Our initial assessment was 25°. It was that picture that caused us to wonder if it was or not. We never fully settled on it. 25° makes more overall sense when you look at what was ultimately settled on. That car was really ahead of its time. We all definitely agree that it is not 30°.
