I just found this thread and it makes me proud to be a member of this forum. I have a bunch of misc. parts, esc's, motors, etc. I'm not sure if there is anything you still need, but if there is, please list what else is needed to complete this so that I could possibly help out.

Cool, thanks.

I think we have just about everything covered but I haven’t gotten anything in the mail yet so I haven’t been able to assess everything that we have. As soon of stuff starts arriving, I will lay it all out and look at what is there and see where we’re at and go from there. Thanks again for everybody’s help I’m sure this kid is going to love it!

Sweet!
I'll try to get the radio and receiver out in the next day or two. Been super busy hand haven't had a chance

Do you need a black battery tray, I don't see on there? If so I can drop one in with the radio gear.

As I was assessing the car, I noticed that the car is an all bushing car, including the stealth transmission. I’d like to get a full bearing set for the car. I’ll look on Avid and price out a full kit unless someone has a full set?

Also, the transmission has what appears to be a homemade slipper eliminator. I’d like to put a slipper back on, however, going with the stock one would be a lot harder to find than converting to a B4 slipper setup. Anyone have a B4 shaft, plates, pad, spring, etc?

Or would you guys rather I just buy these items on eBay and the bearings from avid and then post the total needed in this thread? I’m good with whatever you guys think.

I don't have any more Stealth parts in my stash. I can kick in some PayPal funds if parts donors don't come around for the project.

Same here. I don't think I have any useful stealth parts, but would be happy to donate toward the purchase of what you need. Did you say you have a good esc already? I'm pretty sure I have a few decent ones like a Novak Rooster. I have some others as well but a kid would probably prefer one with reverse. Let me know if you need one.

I have a couple different options for esc’s so we should be good there. I may need to gather a few bucks together to get the parts needed for the transmission.

So I’ve been searching around on eBay together the parts needed to get the stealth transmission working. The cheapest I can find The B4 slipper conversion parts comes to just over $40.

.
The only other option would be if someone has the vintage stealth slipper plates, slipper pad, and thrust washer set? That’d be a lot less cost since we’ve already got the standard upper shaft and a good 81t spur.

I was able to find a new set of transmission bearings, so we’re good there. I’ll still need to order front and rear wheel bearings though.

I'll dig around again. I know I don't have a spare clutch disk though. May have the torque control hubs. I'll send wheel bearings if I find other parts to help out.
