My next project. Will be something 80's themed I think in the spirt of the buggy. Once the truck is done, this one is up and my kids will be helping me build it. Not sure how to work on these earlier ones though.... I have only ever had Stealth transmissions.

Wowser JK...you went all in on this traxxas endeavor now. I think you have actually personally shifted the availability of the TRX1 worldwide...I haven't been able to pick up another one lately to save my life

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
It was truly just coincidental - at 5 now, and 2 Blue Eagles (I think), and another TRX1 in the works (possible)...I will be running one here very soon, maybe tomorrow! Funny how these things happen sometimes, the stars aligned. Funny part is I attempted to go TRX a couple years back, bought one cleaned it and just didnt do it for me, turned around and sold it within a couple weeks. Its the checkered one in the pic, it made its way back 'home' by sheer luck. I think it had at least 3 owners before returning to me.

Andy's 3141, some Tamiya 9495116 decals, and a couple rear wheels in need of RIT. Finally going to revive a Lucas Agitator build. A concours ready version of this.

Another local pickup. 14 complete cars including 1st gen e-maxx, 2 rustlers, stampede, blackfoot, 3 nitro hawks, losi stadium truck, losi 4wd buggy, 2 optimas, optima mid, and a Bolink digger? Of course it came with the usual boxes of bodies, esc's, motors, parts, and all the dirt and wear you can handle. Two Optimas, one of which is fairly clean and complete and the Optima mid were the real draw for me. Anyone who is into Nitro Hawks, let me know.

Holy smokes, nice one Basher. A haul like that would keep me busy for a year.

It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas

Great stuff! Will be awesome to see that old TA03R-S back up and happening again.... good luck with the body work, going to be a challenge, but they look great when complete!
