You're so right !
If a jobs not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well.
A problem shared is a problem halved but an advantage shared is no advantage at all.
I finally got one ! feel like i belong here at last it's an A stamp but pretty scratched underneath but that's fine as i want to run it . Expect loads of AE noob questions

Since you intend on running it, be sure to rehydrate the nylon. Old AE nylon gets pretty brittle.
And I'd go ahead and replace the bellcranks. The original setup wasn't great when new, and it won't be any better after 30+ years. There are still several options available or you can probably 3D print the Worlds pieces.

Yes, I like my vintage electronics. And transmitters like this Airtronics MX-A really close the gap between AM equipment and modern stuff (my Magnum 2PL's and XR2i's are good too).
Got some black oxide 4-40 hardware as well. Now, if only my order from KnK would get here.

Goods from Dynotech, including the Klein front arms. I went ahead and installed them because I was curious about the fit. Also seen are the Factory Works towers that I got last week and the Rival MT10 big bore shocks that I reconfigured to fit.

I went ahead and ordered 8 more receivers to max out the storage on my inexpensive radio. I was afraid they'd discontinue them all of a sudden and I'd be screwed. They're really cheap, but work well from what I've seen. It took about a month for USPS to deliver...

I did the same, but in a more 'organic' way..... picked these up over the last few years, before I even got the 10 model memory transmitter!
Now, if only I had 10 runners..... come to think of it, two runners would be a shock!

I think I have a few of those rolling around in the bottom of toolboxes - FlySky? I stopped using the radio, did not like the feel or response time when racing.

Nope. I'm not clicking on any links in this thread because I know one of them is going to be Farmer's pic. :P
None of them were about that picture.
But now one of them refers to it.
But seeing how often it is mentioned in this thread, it sure...
This seems to be a hugely popular thread on another forum out there, so let's see how it do here?!?

since there is no rc4wd local distributor here in our place, they didnt ship here without approval, wasted a lot of good stuff from them (we need to order in a long process)
There's a local track I've been wanting to check out, Sparks Park. I think it's the only one on my side of town. We watched a little practice yesterday and made a point of stopping today to see some racing. This was the first race for both me and my...

In my experience, 25 heats is about average. I just moved from southern CA to the Kansas city area and noted that the tracks in CA seem to be more super cross like than here in KS. Before I got my RC10 Classic, I raced modern 2wd buggies along side...
