Ok ok new plan, sorry but the 4wd fronts are just too wide.
I guess I should have taken them out of the box before suggesting them.
The holeshots are not as aggressive looking as the bowties.
With all that said I believe this is the most pleasing combo I can come up with.
Jconcepts 2.2 white wheels front n rear
Jconcepts bar codes front
Proline bow ties rear

Me……. I race for me.
That’s impossible, I was told you need a sponsor to race.
Hey Cru ! Go balls out
James added a new built Mip SP1 trans, shiny cvd’s, and a blue motor plate. When the wheels and tires arrive he will mount them and get this on to Joe Neri for body and paint.

It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas Factory Works website
So after this is all done and we've all drooled all over the awesomeness, then Factory Works will start selling duplicates to the general RC public in kit form, right?
Frankensteined RC10T3 / Franky Jr RC10GT-e (x2) / A+ stamp / Toy Story RC / Graphite replica / B1.5 BFG 5LTi / Clonewald / Hyper Hornet
"I love the effort, but it sure looks like you took the long way around to a tub again"
Lol, no this was a one off chassis setup. I have had one ask if they could buy the front braces and we will sell them separately but the chassis is not drilled nor the logo etc. This particular chassis is also a pro style, where the rear toe is adjustable with plates where the typical C2 is not. It’s a pretty wild build and I love seeing it come to completion

If the desire for aggressive spike tires is still on, I have some spiky fronts I can contribute. They could be Schumacher, I’m not sure. Will try to post a picture later
I do happen to think some big ol’ spikes would look awesome on this particular car but we’d definitely have to do both front and rears then for sure. Schumacher has them in 2.2 ? Definitely would be fitting for it.

These are the 2.2 Schumacher full spikes.
Those front wheels are JConcepts Monos as well.
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.
Yea I definitely think they’ve got the right look.
Whatcha guys think ? Are they currently available new ? Think it would take too long to get them if so ?

I haven't checked current stock but I bought those a couple months ago from Amain.

The time has come, let's get the ball rolling. First off, I'd like to give a big thank you to everyone that took part in this project for their time/parts. Hopefully this will give us a nice cushion in the server funding department. 8)

But 15-20 yrs ago it was used for chasing tail, that did not fail.
Get ahold of me at your leisure. I need to track down who has the buggy (pretty sure it’s with Jason) and it will probably take a short while to get it sent out but she is all yours 😎

... I don’t have any plans to run any RC cars anytime soon.
That's basically all I needed to say. Great collection of rare, like minded folks sharing something unique and pretty damn special, a true passion. These dumb old toy cars were, and still are, a big and important part of a lot of our lives, and...

That Clod looks great fun in the snow! I owned one for a little while back in the day.
Thanks! My son loves it too and they are a lot of fun in the snow!
What can you do or help with? Can you share your particular set of skills with the community?
The idea of creating a skills and services list might be good for future reference. This topic can focus on RC related things to keep it organized.
alright, guys are showing interest in this idea, so here we go.
the goal of this contest is to not build some kind of pristine shelfer. utilize old parts you already have. use parts on your car that weren't designed to be on it. make your own...

Man I haven't been on in forever and I missed out on such a cool opportunity. Nice work everyone!
You haven't missed anything: you can still build whatever you like ... the opportunity to win a custom embroided hat , ok you missed that. But it...
Hello all I am new to this form.
I have my vintage Rc10t truck that I have been restoring within the past few months. I will post a build thread here soon.
Hello,
I'm new here and looking for a little help identifying a recent find. I've included a few photos and can take more if it helps. In the late 80s I read every RC Car Action magazine and dreamed of the day I could afford an rc10 buggy. Fast...

Poor tub! Who would cut it there and for what reason? The bell cranks are indeed very cool and most probably one-offs.
I go by Keith Billanti on RCtech and well, everywhere else. Been involved with RC Cars on some level since I was about 4. My first kit was a Super G, grasshopper II and then first race kit was the Rc10T...
