Here is a car I build completely based on the color scheme of a body I already had. I think it turned out pretty cool.

My Kyosho Optima Mid, it has some hop ups like Kyosho Platinum shocks, universals front and rear, front ball diff, composite shock towers and roll bars front and rear.
It's a runner with a Novak GT7 speedo and a Kyosho LeMans 240S motor.

Basics:
- Hex conversion, using Factory Works and Traxxas parts.
- RPM Revolver wheels and Pro-Line tires.
- JConcepts F-150 body, painted a similar color to one that I used to drive.
- Cen Racing receiver with Tactic servo. Duratrax esc and mild Orion modified. Transmitter is an Airtronics MX-A.

Ok this is my current ride. Something a bit different.
This car started it’s life as a B6.1, but was later converted to a front wheel drive car using a ORB FWD conversion kit designed by Paul Dijkstra. It uses an alu chassis, 3d printed parts and some custom carbon parts for a pretty comprehensive redesign.
*Thanks to Bert Pécasse for the action pic
For a short build report:

Got my vote in early.... seems to be a bit of a theme this month!
It was close between two for me, but the car from my youth just snuck it.

Not really into Truggys sorry , so it really narrowed the field for me .
If a jobs not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well.
