16 guage novak esc wiring
Has anyone had any luck finding similar diameter wiring to the novak 16 guage wires in the Novak Rooster ESCs? I have 2 with really short wiring. I could splice on but it wouldnt look very good. Other 16 guage wire aeems to be too thick for the case and i didnt want to bore thw casing out. Thanks!

I've bought 14awg from this seller, but there is also 16awg available.

Fleetwood
Deans Ultra wire would probably my first choice but they don't offer yellow wire in 16ga.
TQ wire does offer a couple 16ga wire kits that do include yellow.

I've used this on several Novak esc's but no yellow either.

That looks great. How did everything fit? Did you have to open up the case any for the wire to fit?

No. But some of the wires in a T4 have sharp turns.fleetwood472 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 14, 2023 10:15 pm That looks great. How did everything fit? Did you have to open up the case any for the wire to fit?
I've repaired the wires on a couple 410-M5's, which were easier to work with.

One other thing I was going to ask is has anyone had any luck finding switches that are close to stock replacements. Ive seen some replacements for the smaller novak switches but any luck on the larger ones?

Re: 16 guage novak esc wiring
Tekin makes a switch that has a vintage look.
Hobbywing switches can be used as well but obviously aren't vintage.
Yeah Racing has a waterproof switch that doesn't look out of place.
The common inline switches can be rewired. They are bigger than the large Novak switches, more like those used on Futaba esc's.
