Anyone spot it? If it wasn't so darned rare I'd return...

It's clearly for the 2wd version

Not sure which is the correct version, but to modify either seems pretty simple???

I build RCs like people would have done back in the '90s ..................................... if they had 3D printers.

Bottom is correct. Top looks like the slide in the mold stuck and we ended up with extra plastic. Working on removing it now.

So I opened a sealed package of a3005 transmission parts to find this. I do mean sealed, I had to cut the bag open. My luck is terrible. If only I could go back in time and find who packaged these.

I knew something was wrong with my XX's setup.

This is with a 11 turn D2 motor in my XX:

This is an unknown stock motor in my XXT:

I suspect the ESC is the problem since I bought it used a long time ago, and cause the car was just as slow...

well, shortening the wheelbase would help the car turn better. it would also help off corner traction, since there would be more weight transfered on the rear of the car. or, i could be talking out of my you know what. so, if anyone has anything to...

Hi, I mounted a Tamiya RS540 on my son's RC10 World's Kit and noticed that the bearing notch on the motor protrudes so much that the pinion gear can't mesh with the spur gear correctly. Am I using the wrong motor? Please help.

I use RS-540's quite a bit on RC10's. To get the correct spacing, I use two washers on each screw inside the motor mount. This will move the motor back enough to get good gear contact.

was out driving today running some honey dews
taking a break from my orange build took a wrong turn
and came across a garage sale
so i stopped and this is what i found
nothing speacial but cool finds
also got a lil box of parts like the telesis...
