He did the amazing green & purple colors for one of my cars, and does a great job. He has a great attention to detail and if something doesn't come out quite the way he likes, he'll do it over again.

Those gold parts (bottom of page 1) look fantastic. I would consider early RC10 and Kyosho gold to be more of a champagne color, while later RC10 pans & shock bodies would be gold.

I would consider orange to be the color Leopard uses for their ESC's & heatsinks:

Huh thats exactly the setup I'm going to be running. I sent the ESC housing to him to also anodize it. But the motor housing is a little more difficult to take apart.

Got all my parts back from Don today. Very happy with the work. A little more orange then I had anticipated but I'll make it work. Input would be very welcomed.

wow, just wow. we might be doing the same type of builds but you got me beat. that just looks sweet.

are the slipper plates for the stealth actually a metal? they seem plastic to me.

where did you find that stealth tranny brace?

on the picture with all the gold parts, what the smaller heat sink and the 2 plates go to?

4-40 alloy rod end for ya. These things are a lot longer than normal ends but i haven't seen 4-40 anywhere else

It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas

Thanks for the link and compliment.

The slipper plates are stock stealth aluminum plates. I don't think I'll be using them since I'll Be using the B4 slipper. Sent them out before I really had a plan. Not much of one now either. I think I'm going to have a lot of back forth on this project.

The Tranny Brace I made. The smaller heat sink is the ESC housing.

Still trying to find a shop that's not going to charge me $300 per. I would like two for myself. But if I could get a shop to do it for a reasonable rate I'd have 20 or so made. To sell or just to get on a group thing. If they were in the $100-150 range is what I'm thinking. The ones I designed (lifted) are off the Andy's bulk head. Made it taller though to eliminate the need of shims for the transmission brace. Maybe once I have it all set up I could try to do one of those crowd funding things then I'd have a realistic view of what I can tell the shop the quantity is. If not it's going to be one bulk head for $270 or so. Which I guess would be fine. I'm in it now.

This should be called " The worlds heaviest RC10." I like the orange look...Did Pargu correct the mistake ???? I am getting ready to order the same rims for my re re but if the quality has fallen off I might just pass...
