I originally set out for a light runner as parts "were" plentiful and readily available but are now harder to find, so we'll see.

Can the RC10T4.1 run in low to medium grass? My Goldpan can't on my Castle Creations sct system, so ie as wondering if the T4.1 could due to its long arms and shocks and bigger tires. Will it just fish tail around the yard or will it actually be...

I've had a couple of threads around here filled with my cars issues but they seem to be some hard ones to fix. I'll try repairing the diff and giving urban new washer and Ill play with the shocks and weight distribution and see how that goes.

Great to hear you're back on track with the ESC recalibration. Keep in mind that, all else being equal, the higher you gear up for top speed, the slower your acceleration will be. You can compensate for this somewhat by adjusting your ESC Punch...

The last of the Associated rear motor trucks......

it will basically be a mirror build of my other truck without all of the extra goodies.

I started with a cheap low use T4.1 RTR.

Was given a used t4 today.I am a buggy guy...but it's in such good shape..it's hard to not go over it and make it a runner.
It has no body and I am having a hard time finding info on what (if any) available bodies
fit it.

Standard stadium truck body.
Nothing crazy modern...just something that fits the chassis mounts well.
It may all be a moot point though because I lost the right rear body/wing mount and I am not paying $25+...

I've got a T4 that I built a long time ago and I've thought about breaking out again and using however RC world has changed in a big way. Now tires use the setup that Traxxas was using, brush less has taken over, and we don't have to have crystals...
