gotta find a comfy spot on the bed/couch/recliner/stairs/whatever that makes the pain the least, then sit the laptop so you can reach it and surf the net for fun stuff. and sleep.

Whole30 diet - flipped my low motivation to jumping out of bed at 6am raring to go.

After 6 heart attacks theirs no raren to go any place.Im always flat on my back in bed watchn tv or on laptop always lurking sometimes up all night.Barely make it ten feet to master bathroom,usually take two four hotshowers a day eazzz back pains an leg an hip pains.Ive cut back on beer hoping it was blood being to thin.That makes you feel like your dying its so awful.

I did get my new glasses finally from the VA but had to pay for them this time 178.00 .Ive been getn them free since 1994 so guees VA doing more cutbacks on us veterans.DON

Said do triple bypass and put a pump in left side my heart or a complete heart transplant.But seriously doubt i get either one way im failing so fast no matter what i do.They dont even have me on transplant list be 1.5 years by december ive been waiting maybe longer ive lost count.I just try to be here for all 7 kids til im gone theyve lost their mom. Now my youngest daughter Amber is moving to south carolina with her new BF to sUMMERVILLE think its called.So i try keep spirit up but no real friends here for me to hang with cept in the bars an sometimes 3 beers makes me fall asleep when get home.Drink few where both my sons work good its a half mile from home DON

No energy and all the pain, cause i eat enuff but not over eat,im gaining weight from laying around so much.They say im headed for a wheel chair soon.Still not gotn see my cardiologist yet since transfered back to Durham VA but im on my meds .Either heart or sleep apnea is gonna get me and soon,DON
