An old high school buddy of mine paid me a visit recently.
While he's definitely added a few pounds during the past 44 years (class of '78), with the 'stache we couldn't decide if he looks more like Wilfred Brimley or Teddy Roosevelt.
He's a good guy either way and I was happy he stopped by.
A couple weeks ago at coxbros1 and TheDiamondOne's place. This is the display Derek has at his place. None of their modern racers or monster trucks in the main display. The meticulous placement of different colored LEDs to accentuate the individual cars really makes a difference. You can really grasp the scale of The Vanning too.

This guy is a school teacher from Pontiac and he was on a field trip to Springfield a couple years ago when this picture was taken. His name is Paul Aplington.

Speaking of The Kang:
When I was little, we lived in Tupelo, Elvis' Hometown, I went to Elvis Presley Day Care Center while the Folks worked. It was the Building that the Museum/Gift Shop is now, right behind the TWO ROOM House his family lived in....
Hey I've noticed that my resized pictures just don't have the clarity I would like. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to improve them? I am taking them at a fairly high resolution and they show every speck at full size.
Thanks!

Does your camera have a macro setting if so use it for close ups? Just a suggestion.
So I opened a sealed package of a3005 transmission parts to find this. I do mean sealed, I had to cut the bag open. My luck is terrible. If only I could go back in time and find who packaged these.
