Re: Losi Mini JRX2 coming soon
IMHO, the two side body posts are adequate.
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.

Functionally yes, but it just doesn’t look right unless it has that itty bitty body mount stud

Re: Losi Mini JRX2 coming soon
Working on the molded chassis at the moment but thought I would toss up the WIP body mounts, I have not modded anything so it is unlikely a screw is going to fit in the adjustable part of the front one... but that is what drill bits are for! Have fun lol

updated chassis pic heh...
Going to do the h-arms after the chassis, although I need to get a set of hinge pins and rear links to make sure I get them right.

Re: Losi Mini JRX2 coming soon

The front kickup has not been sized right and I have not modeled any holes yet but dang if the trans and battery holder did not drop right in! Yes Yes I know I still need to do the bellcrank mounts, this was just a sizing test

There are some mounting holes by the rear bulkhead that got overridden by the longer length of the mini rear bulkhead, I only ever knew these to be used by the RPM esc mount so I will probably slide them forward a bit.
Oh on another note... the junior chassis with no ribbing on top is exactly the same layout as the T and the Pro for the most part.. I bet it would be flimsy but you could do a shelfer lol
Edit#2 the junior chassis is only very slightly different then a LXT/ProSE chassis, trim the sides, extend the tail one hole length..

Added silver Mini T 2.0 springs. Drained the oil out of the shocks and removed esc for a cleaner look.

Re: Losi Mini JRX2 coming soon
Make nylon wheel nuts! Take a regular 4-40 nut, drill center out with a 9/64 bit and thread on.

Re: Losi Mini JRX2 coming soon
Those look great. I picked up some 6/32 to use but they still didn’t look quite right. The 4/40 are perfect
Now you need to find some 2mm for the shocks
