Not sure if I'm understanding you correctly but I have to disagree. The Classic has 1.5 degree arm mounts and 0 degree hub carriers.bully wrote:The classic has one and a half degree arm mounts and rear hubs for a total of three degrees..

Interesting. It doesn't look like the originals have much rear toe-in if any at all. The mounts and carriers on your Classic are what came out of the box?ra272 wrote:Hi, what is the angle of the 6360 rerelease arm mounts ? My classic have much more rear toe-in than my other RC10s.

Re: 3 versions of the 3 degree arm mounts?
Looking only at the instructions- the classic comes with the same inner mounts as the worlds, but the classic comes with 1.5 degree hubs where the worlds is 0 degree. I think the classic has 4.5 degrees total, and the worlds is 3

The classic is a 1.5 inner/ 1.5 outer (per side) like the post 1991-1994 cars were. (the original 6010's were all 1.5/0)

So that makes the worlds a 1.5/0 and the classic a 1.5/1.5? It sure looks like a lot but I haven't measured it

Re: 3 versions of the 3 degree arm mounts?
I've got both instruction manual .pdfs open here. Both cars use the same 1.5 degree arm mounts but use (different) 0 degree hub carriers. The Classic's 6365 hub carriers do not have any additional toe-in. The 6366's are the 1.5 degree hub carriers which neither comes with.

Re: 3 versions of the 3 degree arm mounts?
Look again, please. That is not the case.
All the reissued RC10 kits have 0 degree hub carriers; the Classics are for flanged 1/4" bearings and the Worlds for unflanged 3/16" bearings. But they are 0 degrees either way!

Re: 3 versions of the 3 degree arm mounts?
If you move the mounts to the swb position do you get less? Visually, they look like they'd be less using those holes.
The old andy's mounts looked like that too, but I never checked them.

Mounts just move forward - no angle change. Still 3 degrees both sides.

Re: 3 versions of the 3 degree arm mounts?
Screw an original arm mount on top of a re-re and insert some hinge pins. Might need a couple of washers in between to space them out. That will clearly show if there's a difference in the toe angles between the old and new mounts.
Could always be more bad QC and the holes in the chassis add toe like a Sassy Chassis.

Re: 3 versions of the 3 degree arm mounts?
That is weird man, Tim mentioned in the other thread the 6360 arm mounts are 1.5 degrees as they were originally and the classic has 1.5 degrees rear hubs and the worlds had the new re re 0 degree rear hubs and he confirmed to get more toe on the worlds you would need to change rear hubs for the 10t style 1.5 or 3 degrees hubs .

Is the spacing on the drilled chassis hole the same?
