My "thrasher" RC10 has an anodized blue chassis...not painted or powder coated. Not sure what the story with it is, I got it off Ebay several years ago. I think its drilled for a stealth too if I remember correctly, I'd have to go out to the shop to look at it. I'll snap a pic of it later if anyone is interested.

love to see it, I think I've only seen one other , I'm sure it was one of scr8p's builds, but not 100% on that.

Well guys...sorry to get your hopes up...upon further inspection, it looks like it is a powder coated chassis. It's just so worn thin on the bottom that I thought it wasnt powder coated. Anyways, not to steal this thread but, here is project "Yard thrasher". I threw it together because my son got his first hobby grade RC car (a Tamiya Sand Viper DT02), and I had to have something to mash around with him.

Here is a pic of the one I sold. It was powder coated.

Cool, I just picked up a car with the blue powder coated chassis and nose plate. I wasn't sure if it was a home job or factory. It's in pretty good shape. I will get some pics soon.

Beauty. Love the consistency with the blue nuts & screws, shock bodies, motor heatsink, antenna, etc. Nice attention to detail. 8)
