Any sources for 2.2 truck pin style wheels?
Are there any obvious sources for truck 2.2" pin style rear wheels for the 3/16" axle? I haven't seen any available at JConcepts, Factory Works, or Schumacher but maybe I'm missing something. I'm not ready to convert to 12mm hex yet.

I need to plan a vacation around going shopping at your local hobby shop.

Factory Works might have some. Jeff found me some a few sets for 1/4" axles a while back. They weren't listed either.
I believe Losi wheels fit the 3/16" axles as well.

It's a small joint, but ol' boy has walls full of older Associated, Losi & Traxxas stock parts that's been sitting there for the past 15 years or so. Honestly, I think I'm 99% of his business for all his old stock.Frankentruck wrote: ↑Mon Sep 20, 2021 3:27 pm I need to plan a vacation around going shopping at your local hobby shop.

We still have the plain white dish wheels, they are for LXT but also fit the AE 3/16 axles.

Are these something you stock, or when these 2 pair are gone, that's it?GoMachV wrote: ↑Mon Sep 20, 2021 7:00 pm We still have the plain white dish wheels, they are for LXT but also fit the AE 3/16 axles.

No, we just list a few at a time. Too many and people wait (often too long). Too few and they panic. It’s a delicate balance. Are these something you stock, or when these 2 pair are gone, that's it?

Are the matching front wheels in white (#5165) still available, or are the gone? The website lists them as NLA - which I presume to mean "No Longer Available".

Fronts have been out of stock for a long while, they were gone before I bought Daryl out.

Re: Any sources for 2.2 truck pin style wheels?
Thanks for the quick response. I just purchased a rear set in white for a new LXT build I'm doing, so was I hoping to find a matching pair for the front. No big deal though, I did get some original LXT front wheels in white (natural), so I'll just paint the wheel discs white and it should be close enough.

Re: Any sources for 2.2 truck pin style wheels?
I recently bought new wheels for my B4 buggy and noticed that the 9589 rear wheels are listed as applicable to the T4.1 truck. These wheels measure 1.5" wide vs the 1.95" wide that is typical for my truck wheels. Does anyone use these 9589 wheels on their truck? If so, do you have any pictures of truck tires mounted on them?
