Eye to eye lengths for 0.56 and 0.71 shocks?
I thought this info would be easier to find out but I am really struggling.
Does anybody know the max and minimum eye to eye lengths for the RC10 Classic 0.56 shocks and the longer 0.71 ones that come with the Team and Worlds?

This is my little reference. Most of this was lifted from RCCA a long time ago. Can't guarantee you it is perfect, but it has always worked for me.
I build RCs like people would have done back in the '90s ..................................... if they had 3D printers.

That is incredibly useful. Thank you very much for taking the time to share.
Now I need to find an equivalent for turnbuckle lengths, eye to eye! I am using RPM ends that are not the same size but the manuals only show the gap between the ends of the plastic!

bear in mind that is the base shock, in most cases you are adding internal limiters, especially in the rear shocks which directly changes your eye to eye measurement as well as a host of the other parameters. it's essential to getting the right droop, travel and overall function of the shock.

The original manuals used to be 1-1 printed turnbuckle size, or have the illustration on top of the step that showed the part.vonmarshalll wrote: ↑Thu May 29, 2025 6:50 pmThat is incredibly useful. Thank you very much for taking the time to share.

You just need to look in the older manuals. The original RC10 and RC10 Championship Edition manuals had the center to center measurements.vonmarshalll wrote: ↑Thu May 29, 2025 6:50 pm Now I need to find an equivalent for turnbuckle lengths, eye to eye!
