For the same reason I'm on this website, I'm getting the things my family couldn't afford to give me as a kid. My first one I got was an 86' Z50 I found half buried under leaves and trees in my friends back yard. He gave me this in 02' and I just resurrected it a couple years ago with a China 125cc and some newer parts that were wore out. Has been a fun little machine to say the least.

After having the 50 and wanting to take it out on the road but not being able to do it legally I picked up a project 71' CT70 with original title signed and notarized from the original owner. Been sitting in my closet for months on the back burner due to my dogs cancer treatments taking priority. She has been doing really good and is almost in remission so I decided to pull it out and get started on this again. IDE like to do a full on resto but I like to use my toys and I don't want to worry about tearing it up so its just getting a duplicolor rattle can job and some newer pieces to flash it up a little. It will also get a China 140cc. Here's a picture of the first thin coat of paint I laid down after work. Set the other pieces on just for a visual. Really excited to get this one going so I can ride it to and from work.

Some have asked why not just buy a real bike. I've been there, done that. To me it isn't fun worrying about when I'm going to total very expensive bike. The way I like to ride its not if, its when. This was a few years ago at Putnam Park. Had a blast but got out before it was too late and I was left with a pile of parts.
