For whatever reason that doll was named "Virginia Thomas" by the manufacturer. You could name the car "Virginia" and paint the body WWII fighter plane style. :mrgreen:

Ne belt tensioner, I have only heard it skip a couple times but I'm only running a midnight stock motor and 6 cell pack, all old school. Feels ok, needs a lot of suspension work (not my strong point) but as a proof of concept.....it works!

Note: I swapped out the rear hubs and tires as the 2.2 were so tall it was under driving the front end. This is fairly square now.

This will most likely end up on eBay very soon. I have ideas to implement on a newer and more purple chassis

The belt needs to tension the top, and that creates a problem unless it's minimal. I'm going to play with it a bit first- but this is one thing I hope to overcome with a couple little tweaks on the next one
