I was told there would be some overnight last minute votes... I’m not sure what happened here
Congrats Asso_man! It’s good to see an RC10 won it

It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas

Excellent! Awesome buggy. I was rooting for that hybrid. But all the cars were totally rad!
Very fitting to have an RC10 of that particular vintage and style as the Build of the Year winner for sure.

Yes, very very nice build and a deserving winner. Congratualtions!
Loved the Yokomo too. I must say winning the January vote is a bit of a poisoned chalice as it takes you out of the game for the subsequent 11months! It was nice to have some voting excitement again through the festive season.

I'd be lying if I didn't say that I'm shocked my Hornet didn't win build of the year.... I thought I'd cracked the code!

Re: ** Build of the Year Contest - 2020 ** - Winner - Asso_man!
Thank you so much! I’m really honoured to win this year’s contest with this special tribute build to Gene Husting.
It was a very close win though and I want to congratulate all other contenders with their beautiful entries.
The idea of a calendar would be fantastic with a part of the proceedings that could fund the forum. I would volunteer to provide part of the funds necessary to make it happen.
Cheers to the whole family here, always loved this forum more than any other place although we’ve lost some great family members along the way, we also got great new contributors.
Long live RC10Talk!

Congrats David.
I also want to thank everyone that has taken the time to enter a vehicle this year, and to all of those that take time to vote each month.
