The only ones I seen is from MIP vintage stuff. I was using the stock ones on my RC10T Duratrax conversion until I seen these on Ebay.
I use an A&L steering and made a custom front adjustable bracket.
Just some of the options you can do.

Well forget my statement of my RC10T3 moving at 20-25 easily. I ran it with my Garmin GPS on it and it registered a whopping 17.9mph. I changed out the gears, motor was replaced with a Trinity Speed Gem 2(blue can). I'll check it tomorrow afternoon...

the arms don't have anything to do with the toe. it's the arm mounts and hub carrier.
i kinda think the 10t came with 1.5 arm mounts and 3 degree hubs. 4.5 total. 0 degreee rear hubs are still available. get a pair of them and you'll be down to 1.5...

Then, your other possibilities are-
1) split wheel on either side allowing the axel to spin inside the wheel it should be turning
2) missing or broken drive pin
3) spit slipper pin
4) glazed slipper pads
5) incorrect slipper arrangement
